Steve TenBroeck

Steve’s professional career includes 17 years in residential real estate sales assisting both buyers and sellers. In addition, Steve has experience in custom home construction, remodeling, and property management. He has been a full-time licensed Realtor® since 1989 and has won numerous awards for outstanding production and service. Steve has been recognized to be among the top agents in the San Francisco Bay Area based on sales volume, and in the top 5% of Alain Pinel Realtors (President’s Circle). His education and background as a high school counselor – Palo Alto School District – coupled with 10 years in corporate sales, round out his professional credentials.

Steve formed a multi-award-winning partnership 16 years ago with Jeff Stricker. The "Stricker/TenBroeck Real Estate Team” employs all the latest technological tools to keep their clients on top of our fast-paced housing market. While they are quite comfortable with "high-tech" tools, Jeff and Steve retain an unyielding commitment to the "old-school" values of utmost care and competence. Using the additional time and resources that a team can offer, Jeff and Steve provide clients with state-of-the-art "24/7" service. Their clients’ real estate goals are thereby met, and most often, exceeded. Nearly 80% of Jeff and Steve’s clients are repeat clients or have come to them by referral from current and past clients. In October 2004, Steve earned his Seniors Real Estate Specialist SRES® designation. Having received special training to earn this designation, Steve has demonstrated the knowledge and expertise necessary to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling their home.

Steve is a fourth-generation Palo Alto resident where he lives with his wife, Monie. They have three grown children and are active in the Crescent Park Neighborhood Association. They belong to the Menlo Park Presbyterian Church. They love to travel and are learning to play golf.
