The charts above show the number of closed sales in the month of June of each year, ‘00 through ‘09, and the number of homes for sale on the last day of the month. At the bottom of the charts, you will see the number of months it would take for the homes to sell at that month's rate of sales, plus the average percentage of list price received by sellers is also shown. This month: Except for Los Altos Hills the current local market can be characterized as a "balanced market" (two to four months of inventory at the current sales rate).
