The charts above show the median sales price for the month of June 2000-2008. At the bottom of the charts you will see the average number of days it took to sell homes in the month of June for each year. In addition, the average percentage of list price received by sellers in June of that year is also shown. Although it has been reported widely that "Bay Area home prices are down 20% from a year ago," you can see that it has certainly not been the case in our market area! |
