The charts above show the median sales price for 1998-2007. At the bottom of the charts you will see the average number of days it took to sell homes in each year. In addition, the average percentage of list price received by sellers is shown. Although the number of sales was low in 2007, it was due to lack of inventory - not low demand - which is why the percentage of list price received is high. |
