Jeff and Steve

For over 19 years, Jeff has provided his clients with the highest level of personalized real estate service while completing over 400 transactions. He entered real estate after attending the Santa Clara School of Law and practicing as a licensed attorney for several years. With expertise in legal and contractual issues, negotiations, and home valuation, he is recognized by his clients and colleagues as one of the leading real estate professionals in the Bay Area. He is also licensed as a real estate broker, a designation only 15% of all real estate agents achieve.

Jeff has received many sales awards during his career as a full-time, active Realtor^®. The Silicon Valley Association of Realtors recently honored him with their Lifetime Achievement Award. He is listed in San Jose Magazine as being in the top 5% of agents in Santa Clara County based on listings and sales production. Lastly, he has been named a member of the Alain Pinel Realtors President’s Round Table which is comprised of the top 5% of all Alain Pinel Realtors agents based on sales production.

Although being a successful agent is important, Jeff’s primary concern is to consistently provide his clients with the highest quality real estate service available, thereby insuring their total satisfaction and an extremely positive experience. To that end, Jeff decided to form the award winning “Stricker/TenBroeck Real Estate Team” over 15 years ago with Steve TenBroeck, Broker and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Jeff and Steve agreed early on to personally handle all the important details in every home purchase or sale. They strongly believe that their clients deserve personal attention and should not have important aspects of their transaction delegated to a staff of assistants. As two full-time Realtors, working as a real estate team, Jeff and Steve have twice the resources to carry out their hands-on approach.

Family, faith, and community are very important to Jeff. He and Sharon, his wife of 22 years, have raised two wonderful children in their Los Altos home. They are members of Immanuel Lutheran Church of Los Altos where Jeff currently serves as president of the congregation. He is a contributing Founder of the Los Altos Community Foundation, and listed on the Los Altos Education Foundation Honor Roll of Realtors.
